Fathima brings with her close to 20 years of experience in the education sector working extensively with children, teachers and parents in areas of life skills training, personal development and child behavior management.
A psychologist, teacher trainer and a certified parent coach who now works with families to create a happy fulfilling environment at home and classroom. Believes that relationships are connected by soul and Interpersonal challenges are dealt with both the mind & the heart.
She is a parent consultant and holds an international Parent coach training Mastery certification from ACPI, USA. As an ACPI inspired student and learner, she facilitates and supports their vision of positive transformation in human relationships, featuring the science of parenting and the art of coaching in bonding, connection and responsiveness. She has completed training in using Mindful and Self – Compassion with Center for Mindful Self – Compassion.
She currently heads EvolveED, a Bangalore based training organisation, that primarily works in the space of childcare, focusing on healing, restoring and transforming human relation- ships. Mindfulness based Compassion and Acceptance programmes are used to build inner strength, enhance self – awareness and promote emotional regulation. She is member of Early Childhood Association of India(ECA).
She created The Focus Tool Kit©, a practical resource for teachers that applies mindfulness and kindness principles to support students in developing attentional wellness. Designed to enhance students’ awareness of their focus, the toolkit helps them recognize when they are fully attentive, notice when their minds begin to wander, and gently refocus for more effective learning. It promotes a
mindful and compassionate approach to managing attention.
She is also the author of Mindful Pause, a book offering 22 daily mindfulness practices specifically designed for educators.
She is also a leadership coach that focuses on bringing compassion, mindfulness and contemplation into school leadership. She holds a professional certificate from Monash University, Australia in coaching educational leaders.

Dilip Patel is an engineer by education, was an entrepreneur by profession, a counsellor by heart and a trainer/learning facilitator by passion.As a trainer/facilitator, he has been creating new learning processes and experiences for over 20 years. Being associated with Initiatives of Change, an International organisation, he gets to train senior management cadres from the corporate sector, as well as senior Govt officers including IAS/IPS officers. He has created very effective self-exploration processes called ‘Life Balance Sheet’ and ‘JOG with the POT’.He believes that the hall mark of a good facilitator is his ability to learn new things. He became India’s first Certified Zentangle Teacher, and has been teaching this new meditative art form to various segments of the society since over five years. He is here to unravel the prowess of this art form in creating mindful schools.
